PAYMENT POLICY
Room Rates are per room and include V.A.T. and local tax.
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required.
The balance to be paid at your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancelation 60 days before your arrival the deposit is 100% refundable.
For cancelations that take place 30 days before your arrival the deposit is 50% refundable.
However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS there is no refund.
